The present invention discloses preparation process of superfine medicine powder with improved water solubility and its orally taken preparation. The preparation process of the superfine medicine powder includes the following steps: dissolving crude medicine powder in ethanol, dropping water solution of polyglycol-4000 or polyglycol-6000 while stirring, setting for 10-120 min, centrifuging at 4000 rpm for 30-60 min to obtain precipitate, and decompression drying the precipitate to obtain the superfine medicine powder with 2 times over raised water solubility. The superfine medicine powder with improved water solubility is used in preparing orally taken preparation with fast in vivo absorption, high bioavailability and low dosage.
