The double lift high speed jacquard includes one lower frame with main shaft, one upper frame connected to the lower frame, driving unit for connecting one catch plate to the main shaft, one grooved pulley for the catch plate to drive one lag barrel to move intermittently, one lag on the lag barrel, one T-shaped lever on the main shaft, one large gear, one upper blade carrier with upper blades and one lower blade carrier with lower blades on the upper frame, one small gear with eccentric shaft and meshed to the large gear, one eccentric cam on the eccentric shaft, one link rod mechanism connected to the eccentric cam, and one needle case with driver needle and vertical needle on the lower frame. The double lift high speed jacquard in the said structure has stable driving, long service life and high work efficiency. |
