The pneumatic and electric controller for wefting slot airflow detector includes several reed blades with notch, one main nozzle and one auxiliary nozzle. The reed blades are arranged in parallel, and the notch combination forms the wefting slot. The main nozzle is parallel to the wefting slot, and the exit of the auxiliary nozzle is opposite to the wefting slot. The auxiliary nozzle is fixed on the detector seat, and so does the airflow sensor. The airflow sensor is stretched into the wefting slot. The auxiliary nozzle is connected through pipeline to the high speed responding valve and the solenoid valve. The pneumatic and electric controller includes also one main control board connected electrically to the airflow sensor and the auxiliary nozzle separately. The pneumatic and electric controller is used to set technological parameters and to detect the airflow field in the wefting slot after technological parameter change. |
