The present invention is the weaving process of stitching weft-knitted alternative fabric with surface warp inserting and weft inserting structure of certain thickness in a weft knitting machine. In a weft knitting machine with two opposite needle bed, the needles in both the front needle bed and the back needle bed feed the yarns essential for the flat stitch structure while feeding the yarns essential for the ribbing structure, so as to form the stitching alternative structure. The needles of the front and the back needle beds form the front sheet and the back sheet of the fabric, and provide the warp inserting and weft inserting yarns while providing the yarns for the flat stitch structure and the yarns for the ribbing structure, so as to form the warp inserting and weft inserting of the fabric. The woven fabric is suitable for use as the strengthening body for RTM integrally formed composite material. |
