    The present invention relates to an auxiliary construction process for treating foundation soil with high water content by utilizing dynamic consolidation method. It is characterized by that in the high water-content foundation soil interior firstly the quicklime or other water-absorbing material can be used, and made into the uniformly-distributed lime-soil piles or lime-soil piers, then the dynamic consolidation process can be made.
