The invention provides a display device including an insulating substrate, a photosensor formed on the insulating substrate and including a semiconductor layer, an input terminal and an output terminal electrically connected to the semiconductor layer, a first insulating layer formed on the photosensor, a pixel electrode, an organic layer, and a common electrode layer sequentially formed on the first insulating layer, and a controller that controls an input to the pixel electrode based on an output of the photosensor. The present invention provides a display device able to reduce parasitic capacitance. |
