    A mobile terminal unit of sliding / rotating type consists of top shell, bottom shell, sliding and rotating mechanism set separately on two said shells. It is featured as enabling to make up and down sliding between two said shells, enabling top shell to rotate around a rotary shaft to make top and bottom shells be at vertical state and to make display screen be arranged from longitudinal mode to horizontal mode.
