    The invention relates to a device and a method for reporting a lock state of a locking device in a mobile communication terminal by wireless communication. A basic technique theory is that the lock state of the locking device is reported by wireless communication. According to the invention, whether the locking device is locked can be known by the mobile communication terminal when a certain time is arrived or a distance is between the mobile communication terminal and the locking device and when an user invites. Therefore, the invention has an advantage that the inconvenience that whether the locking device is locked can only be determined just at the postion of the locking device, is reduced.
