    A method for playing stream media data includes sending stream media data from stream media server directly to RNC in RAN without any control, transmitting received stream media data to MACC instance corresponding to each cell by RNC, mapping stream media data on FACH channel for down-sending said data after format treatment is done on received stream media data by each MACC instance.
