    A method for receiving data in a mobile terminal and the apparatus thereof according to the present invention can reduce the areas incapable of data reception by allowing a user's mobile terminal to receive data from a first mobile terminal with a good data reception state that receives data from the base station, rather than the user's mobile terminal directly receiving data from the base station. The user's mobile terminal receives the received data from the first mobile terminal having the good reception state by a wireless communication method.
