    A session access method in LTE system includes receiving service request information from UE by EGGSN, sending user plane setting-up request message to ENB if requested service is accepted by EGGSN, configuring resource by ENB according to setting-up reason and sending user plane setting-up request message to UE then configuring resource by UE according to information in received message, sending back user plane setting-up response message to ENB by UE and sending user plane setting-up response message to EGGSN by ENB.
