    A method for replying 1x paging of double-mode terminal under high speed packet data network includes sending 1x service arrival-informing message to MS / AT by MSC if 1x paging information is arrived when MS / AT is switched under HRPD network and MSC is informed, display a calling information to user and waiting user selection after 1x calling is received by MS / AT, stopping service in HRPD network by MS / AT and switching over to 1x if user selects to receive 1x calling or otherwise sending refusal message to AN by MS / AT then resending said message to HRPD PCF being used to inform MSC to stop this time of calling and to release relevant resource.
