A method for processing emergency call in wideband CDMA system includes configuring an emergency call indication cell in setup request message of radio access load to indicate whether the call is an emergency call or not, setting content of indication cell on said emergency call to be true after emergency call is identified out and sending said message containing said cell to radio network controller by core network device, identifying out said call to be emergency call by said controller according to said cell then distributing radio resource onto said emergency call to set up radio load preferentially by said controller. |
