A method for dispatching radio user by dispatcher includes setting radio terminal to be virtual user of dispatcher and distributing user number and user data for each radio terminal as well as adding management command to radio terminal, inserting access code in from of called number and sending call set up message to dispatcher by radio access communication system when call is launched by radio user, obtaining user data by dispatcher according to calling number in said message and launching call to called terminal then finalizing dispatch operation of radio terminal by dispatcher. |
