    A carbon infrared controlled surface heating material consists of crisscross pure cotton lines and Sn-Cu flake plated color-twisted lines. It is featured as sandwiching Sn-Cu flake plated color-twisted lines in crisscross pure cotton lines to weave them to be a grey fabric formed by cotton lines and metal wires then coating a layer of water carbon size on surface of said grey fabric.
