    The subject of this invention is to provide an excellent composition for oral cavity which is usable as preventives and remedies for diseases such as decayed tooth and periodontitis while giving cool feeling. The invention also provides a selection method for optimum product of oral cavity on the basis of the symptom and state in oral cavity without professional knowledge. The composition for oral cavity in accordance with the present invention is characterised in that said composition comprises extracts from cornmint and an antimicrobial which is selected from the group comprising chloride xadecyl pyridine, chloride hexetidine salt, hexetidine, dequalinium, chloride benzylidene cicuta virosa Linn and Chloride benzyl ammonium.
