    The present invention relates to a slow release capsule using acetaminophen, loratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate as active component and its preparation method. It is characterized by that firstly, the acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine sulfate are made into medicine-contained micropill, then the medicine-contained micropill is coated by using coating material to obtain slowly-released micropill; then the loratadine can be made into general quickly-released micropill; the above-mentioned two micropills are placed into the capsule so as to obtain the invented product.
