It is intended to provide a remedy for diseases caused by macrophages with dysfunction or mediated by macrophages. The remedy has lipopolysaccharide with fungus groups to activate the phagocytic capacity of macrophages and acts for macrophages in dysfunction state, and has cytotoxicity function with lung cancer, or efficiently incorporated into the macrophages due to the vigorous phagocytosis. As a result, the macrophages with dysfunction are normalized, macrophages infected with a pathogen are exterminated or a remedy wherein a pathogen in the infected macrophages is exterminated. |
