The actuator includes a moving part and a stator part. The moving part includes a central axis and many vanes set on the axis; the stator includes at least one side wall and many vanes set on the side wall; the vane of the moving part is parallel with it of the stator part between which has the potential difference; the lens is fixed on the shell of the driving part. The image sensor is fixed on the moving part of the actuator and the lens is imaged on the image sensor. |
