An active type plane display includes a substrate, a plurality of scanning wirings, a plurality of data wirings and a plurality of active components. The scanning wirings, the data wirings and the active components are arranged on the substrate. Each of the active component is electrically connected to at least one scanning wiring and one data wiring and the surface of each active component is unparallel with the surface of the substrate. Due to the arrangement of the active component which is oblique with the surface of the substrate, the projected area on the surface of the substrate is reduced. In addition, the active type plane display can be used in the liquid crystal display panel and other active type plane display to obtain preferred pixel open rate. |
