    The invention provides a communication method based on subcarrier allocating mode, comprising: plural mobile terminals sends first data frames only containing training sequence to base station; according to the received signal, the base station firstly synchronizes interference user and obtains carrier frequency offset estimated result of the interference user, uses the estimated result to optimize mapper matrix of a target user to make initial searching process of the received signal and obtains synchronous parameters of the target user and transmits the synchronous parameters to the target user by common channel, where the received signal comprises the first data frame; the target user regulates time offset and frequency offset according to the synchronous parameters and completes accessing process and sends the second data frame containing training sequence and data symbol to the base station; and the base station makes self-adaptive tracking process of the second received signal by target user optimized mapper matrix so as to complete the residual carrier frequency offset estimation, thus obtaining carrier frequency offset estimated result of the target user and implementing uplink synchronization.
