The invention discloses a method of stopping garbage phone call, it contains: terminal supervising and recording the calling requests, and taking the caller user's identity information to be reported information carried in SPIT reports and sending it to server. The server picks and preserves the information, setting it as garbage phone callers, after that, the server will refuse transmitting the incoming call. The invention also discloses all of the system, terminal and servers, and adds SPIT reporting pattern in the terminal and adds SPIT disposing modules. |
