The invention relates to call transfer approach and system. While the terminal caller's goal Agent being in non-vacant situation, the caller stands in an exclusive Agent function line. When Agent is vacant, the caller exclusively attributed to it will be disposed in advance till the caller is done. The invention makes the transfer to Agent according to the original procedure while Agent is in non-vacant, so there is no lost call and the cost can be saved. |
