    A catalyst which comprises crystalline aluminosilicate and alumina-boria and contains a noble metal in Group VIII of the Periodic Table. It is a hydrocracking catalyst for paraffinic hydrocarbons with which high activity, a high yield of an intermediate fraction, and a gas oil product with a low pour point can be obtained.
