A crushing and classifying device has a rotor (14) for crushing an object to be processed by projecting it by a centrifugal force to a collision section installed in a housing and has a classifying tube (8) connected to a side wall of the housing (4) and discharging fine powder together with a rotating flow produced in the housing (4) by the rotation of the rotor (14). In a horizontal plane passing through an intersecting point P1 between the tube axis of the classifying tube (8) and the inner surface of the connection section of the side wall, theta1 is set in a range of 30 - 90 , with theta1 being an angle that a straight line m passing through the rotation axis center O1 of the rotor (14) and through the intersecting point P1 forms at P1 with the tube axis of the classifying tube (8). |
