The invention relates to a solid-wall centrifuge, comprising a spinner drum (1), rotating about a horizontal rotational axis, with a weir for letting off a fluid from the spinner drum (1), which has a passage with at least one or more passage openings (5) in an axial end region or drum cover (3) and preferably a throttle disc, arranged outside the spinner drum (1) before the through openings (5), the separation of which from the at least one through opening (5) may be altered, such that between the passage (4) and the throttle disc (6) or a further component, an adjustable annular gap (8) is embodied, characterised in that the annular gap (8) is enclosed by a deflector plate (12) which extends away therefrom in, for example, a conical form. |
