    An acceleration sensor (1) has cantilevers (22) each elastically deforming so as to pivot about the fixed end (221) of the cantilever and has detection units (2a(b)). The detection units (2a(b)) include magnet bodies (21a(b)) provided at the free ends (222) of the cantilevers (22) and include magnetism detection head sections (23a(b)) provided on the outer peripheral sides of pivoting regions of the cantilevers (22). The acceleration sensor (1) has, to correct a detection signal outputted by the magnetism detection head sections (23a, 23b), peripheral magnetic field detection sections (43a, 43b) for individually measuring peripheral magnetic fields acting on the magnetism detection head sections (23a, 23b) and the magnet bodies (21a, 21b).
