    A method for roasting the refined Gongfu tea includes such steps as providing the semi-fermented oolong tea leaves as raw material, putting the broken charcoal in a circular stove with sealed bottom having a projected semi-spherical central area, igniting the broken charcoal, covering it with ash, loading said oolong tea leaves on the shelf in a cylindrical baking cage, and roasting them on said circular stove for 7-14 hr while turning them over several times.
