The invention provides an apparatus and a method for iced product thawing, which can efficiently make iced product thawing with out damage on it. The apparatus can homogeneously melt the iced products when there are a plurality of blocks of the iced product in the thawing package. The method comprises the steps of pressing liquid fluid into store slot to generate a first fluid (F1) surrounding the iced product, which rotates the iced product and makes it flawing. First fluid extending along the horizontal direction exhibits a cylindraceous form, a second fluid generates form the centra part of first fluid which flow from each ends (FE1, FE2) to the center (FC), therefore, the iced product can be transfered to the center. When a plurality of blocks of iced product is thawing, a third fluid generating from the first fluid outter (FO) toward the end (FE2) push the material which is separated from the iced product out of the store slot by transfering it to the end. |
