A method for setting risk sharing resource group identification information (SRLG ID) which is one of link attributes being employed for calculating the route of a pass in a communication network including nodes and links interconnecting the nodes and indicates comprising a link group sharing resources, a step for assigning the number of SRLG IDs to the link group depending on the failure rate of resources shared by that link group. A method for calculating the routes of a current pass and a preliminary pass comprises a step for calculating a route such that the overlapping number of SRLG IDs is minimized between all links on the route of a current pass and all links on the route of a preliminary pass. |
