The energy saving laminated hot water and steam generator has one sealed water tank. Inside the water tank, there are one heater comprising several heating disks laminated up and down a communicated mutually, one heating unit below the heater, one bottom heating disk connected to the heating unit, one top heating disk connected via heat exhaust pipe to the heat exhaust port, and one steam outlet in the top of the water tank. The heating unit produces heat and the heat is conducted to water in the heating disks.
