The gas sensor with heater includes one silicon substrate with back side connected via one aluminum electrode to one PTC thermistor, one heating power source, gas sensitive material coated to the front side of the substrate, one universal meter connected to the gas sensitive area to measure the varying resistance, and one heater controlling circuit with switch. The present invention can realize the gas measurement at high temperature, and has stable heating temperature, easy control, simple structure, low cost and long service life. |
