This invention relates to a drive method for improving colors suitable for driving a display panel, which includes at least a scanning line, a data line and at least a pixel unit connected with the pixel unit and the scanning line. The driving method includes: starting up a pixel unit by a scanning line in a menu period, carrying the menu signals into the pixel unit via the data line in the menu period and the start up period of the pixel unit, starting up the pixel unit via the scanning line between the menu period and its next one and carrying the corrected signals into the pixel unit via the data line so as to improve the color of the pixel unit. |
