    This invention provides a control circuit and a control method for active organic LED display panels, in which, the control circuit of the active organic LED display panel includes a storage unit and a voltage control unit, the storage unit is used in counting and storing lightening time of the LED display panel, the voltage control unit is used in regulating size of the common voltage based on the lightening time of the LED display panel, and the common voltage will fall along with the increase of the lightening time of the panel, so that the bridge voltage rising along the increase of the used time of the organic LED in the display panel is compensated so as to stabilize the drive current of the LED and a display panel with stable pictures is provided.
