    This invention provides a data transmission IC connection structure and a method. According to the invention, said IC connection structure includes: multiple integrated circuits connected by multiple transmission lines to transmit data and a staggered device making multiple transmission lines to transfer data asynchronously, in which, over large of the instant current in the entire structure is avoided by differentiating the delay time of the transmission lines of the staggered device.
