    This invention discloses a method for transferring calls including: A, a call transfer control party triggers call transfer to send a request to its affiliated exchangers, B, the exchange of said control party gets the number of a source transfer party, C, the exchange combines the number obtained by it with any one of the control party as the calling number and starts up a call request carrying with the calling number to the target transfer party. This invention also discloses an exchange used in this method.
