    This invention discloses a method for eliminating flicking of exposure including: computing the brightness gain values of the data of each row on the direction parallel to the light and shade strips in an image with fixed positions of the strips got by a sensitive device to adjust the brightness values of the data on the image based on the gain values to reduce the brightness of the light strips and increase the brightness of the shade. This invention also discloses a device for eliminating flicking of exposure based on said method for eliminating or weakening the influence of strip noise to image result.
