This invention puts forward a real time transmission technology of video images, which divides a video information region in a video scene into an unchanged background information region and a local region generating changed information, and only one time of collection, storage and transmission is needed for the collection of unchanged information in a video conference system, yet continuous video flows are generated to the local region generating changed information and positions and sizes of the local region are generated as the parameters to collect, store and transmit it and only one time is needed. Complete scene information is re-set up based on the received background information, continuous video flows of the local region generating changed information and the position and size parameters, which can reduce information transmission in the video and image transmission system. |
