    An apparatus for preparing carbon nanotube is composed of a quartz tube with the first gas inlet and the gas outlet opposite to the first gas inlet, a flow guiding cavity in said quartz tube and with a top having several openings and the second gas inlet perpendicular to said openings, and a gas delivering tube connected between the first and the second gas inlets for delivering reactive gas.
