    A heat pump system for supplying hot and cold water compressor, a compressor, a heat recoverer, a four-way valve, a heat exchanger, the first expansion valve and an evaporator. It is featured as using a refrigerant pipeline to series-connect above said units and utilizing four-way valve to control connection path of refrigerant pipeline to make heat exchanger or heat recoverer be used as condenser in order to let evaporator be able to supply cold water and to let heat recoverer recover waste heat for supplying hot water.
