    The invention relates to a method for improving aligned degree of coiled lithium battery and improving producing efficiency, wherein it comprises that layering anode, cathode and baffle film on coiling machine, adjusting positions; pointing adhesive; using prepared glue to point glue on the faces of anode and cathode, while each point has 0.01-0.2ml glue, and each face has 2-12 points; positioning; processing secondary accurate positioning, pressing for 5-15s; layering and flattening anode, baffle film, and cathode; coiling and installing; welding frame, and packing; drying battery; heating at vacuum state for 8-24h at 50-85Deg. C; evaporating to remove left solvent and water; then injecting fluid and producing into final battery. The invention uses polymer electrolyte adhesive fixing method to effectively control the relative displacement between anode, cathode and baffle film.
