分子式C10H14NO5PS，分子量291.27。学名二乙基-4-硝基苯基硫代磷酸酯。有机磷杀虫剂。浅黄色油状液体，有大蒜味。纯品无色无味，熔点6℃，沸点157～162℃（79.98帕--0.6mmHg）。密度（25/4℃）1.265g/cm3。不溶于水，溶于乙醇、丙酮、氯仿和苯等。在中性或酸性溶液中稳定，在碱性溶液中易分解，对光和空气也稳定。在高温下发生异构化，以致失效。农业上用作杀虫剂和杀螨剂，用来防治棉蚜虫、棉红蜘蛛、稻螟虫、蝗虫、叶跳虫等。杀虫力强，对植物安全，但对人畜有剧毒，使用时要注意安全。可由二乙基硫代磷酰氯和对硝基酚在硫酸铜存在下反应制得。
