分子式C5H12O3NS2P，分子量229.13。亦称乐戈。是一种有机磷内吸杀虫剂。白色固体。熔点51～52℃，工业品为褐色液体，有恶臭。微溶于水，能溶于大多数有机溶剂。农业上主要用于防治蚜虫和螨类，对蚜虫和红蜘蛛特别有效。杀虫力强，但对人畜毒性低，主要用于蔬菜、果树、棉、粮和多种经济作物的害虫防治。可由0，0-二甲基二硫代磷酸钠和卤代乙酰甲胺在溶剂中作用制得。
