制备方法：将干燥的氯化氢气体通入乙氧基乙酸和无水乙醇的混合物中，冷却下通至饱和，静置24h在室温下反应完成，仔细加入饱和碳酸钠溶液直至反应液对石蕊呈碱性。用乙醚提取，提取液蒸除乙醚后常压蒸馏。收集正沸点馏分，得乙氧基乙酸乙酯，收率69%-72%，
用途：用于有机合成中间体。
